Injectable Dermal fillers

How to Restore volume and youthfulness to your face ?

What is dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are gel-like injectable agents approved by the FDA to help with smoothing skin wrinkles, tissue volume loss and enhancing facial contours. Fillers are injected underneath the skin in different areas of the face :

  • Nasolabial folds
  • Marionette lines
  • Cheeks
  • Oral commissures
  • Lips

The hyaluronic acid protein (filler) is already present in our body, so it is perfectly tolerated. The injection of this product in strategic areas of the face counteract the decrease of collagen, elastic fibers and hyaluronic acid otherwise known as the natural effects of time.
Fillers are used to restore youth like features through replacement of lost tissue volume and smoothing out coarse wrinkles. It is also a good treatment for under eye hollowness.

What can i expect from dermal fillers?

Filler injections have different objectives. First of all this protein, once injected, will fill the wrinkles and instantly replace the lost volume in the different areas of the face

Filler can be used in other areas such as hand for rejuvenation purposes.

Face remodeling with filler injections

Fillers are used to restore volume to certain areas of the face, especially the lips, to make them fuller and younger looking. Other parts of the face can also be injected which is known as remodeling. Remodeling of the face consists of reconstituting the volume and contours of the face and generally combating skin slackening. The main locations for remodeling are the eyebrows, cheekbones, chin and nose.

Finally, fillers can be used to bring your eyes back to life. Hollow eyes are undoubtedly the first sign of fatigue that one can observe. They weigh down and devitalize the eyes, while giving a sick and weakened look. Hollow circles and under eye darkness reveal the bone that surrounds the eyes. What is dermal filler procedure?

At Sunny Aesthetic, we place great importance on listening to our patients. Therefore, we will begin the consultation by identifying your concerns and needs. Based on this information and our professional expertise, we will compose a dermal filler treatment plan perfectly adapted to your goals and the anatomy of your face.

Before the filler injections, topical anesthesia will be administered to numb the treatment area. Depending on the area to be injected and the desired results, we will mark a number of points based on the unique structure of your face. Treatment takes about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the treatment site.

During the treatment, Fillers are injected into the skin with a needle or cannula. The procedure takes about half an hour and you will be free to continue your day as usual. The temporary swelling and possible bruises are expected after treatment.

At Sunny Aesthetic, we use different filler products such as Restylane, RHA4, Sculptra, Radiesse, Juvederm, and Versa which allow us to make the best plan of care based on your aesthetic concerns and anatomy. These ranges of fillers have different properties allowing to adapt the care plan to each patient, their concerns, and their anatomy.
